Free Mental Health Support

Confidential, independent counselling — here to listen and help change for the better

Bilal Academy provides free, independent counselling for members of the community experiencing difficulties such as bereavement, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a lack of motivation. We also support people through more complex experiences, including hearing voices, seeing things others cannot, suicidal thoughts, or urges to act with aggression.
