A fun, high-energy class blending boxing-style pad work with body-weight and cardio drills — designed to build strength, stamina and confidence in a supportive sisters-only space. No contact sparring and suitable for all fitness levels; options are offered to keep things modest and comfortable.

- Notify the coach of any injuries/conditions before starting
